FM Studio is located at Unit 10, 1412 Logan Road, Mt Gravatt. We are approximately 22 minutes from Brisbane CBD and are located above Mamic Real Estate. When facing the building from Logan Road, take the door on the right.

Once you enter the building, head up the stairs. Our office is the second door on the left. There is an FM Sticker above the door handle. Please knock and a member of our team will let you in.

Yes. There are two parking options available.

Street parking is available on Selbourne Street and surrounding residential streets, with both free and metered options.

A paid carpark is also available on Bothwell Street. Drive to the very end of the street to find the access point.

Your session includes access to the studio space, professional lighting, audio setup, modern furniture, breakout areas, kitchen amenities, bathrooms, and free wifi.

The studio includes boucle arm chairs, round coffee tables, side tables, and additional couch options in the breakout space. Alternative furniture arrangements can be requested prior to your session.

Absolutely. You are welcome to use the kitchen which includes a fridge, sink, microwave, and cold filtered water. You may store and eat food in the breakout area.

You have full access to studio lighting, including two main lights, two background lights, and LED strip lighting. You can choose the colour and temperature that best suits your content.

Yes. FM Studio includes a breakout office space with desks and couches. This area is perfect for editing, working between recordings, or filming more relaxed style content.

Depending on your content, we offer multiple audio options including four professional Rode podcast microphones and two Rode wireless mini microphones.

For the podcast session we will put the audio and video together and touch up colours and lighting. Editing is not included unless purchased in a package. Reel editing add ons are available and must be requested before your session.

Your files will be delivered within two business days via Google Drive. It is your responsibility to download or save the files to your own Google Drive, as files are not stored for longer than two weeks.

Yes, we encourage arriving early to maximise your session time. Please note that late arrivals will not receive additional time beyond the scheduled booking.

Bookings must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, your payment will be forfeited. Rescheduled bookings must take place within the same calendar month.

Please be mindful when handling drinks around our white décor. Any spills that result in staining or damage may incur a cleaning fee.

With your permission, we may share short snippets of your content on our social platforms once your content has been made public.
